The Dream Of The Japanese Beauty | C.A.R. 2009

The Dream Of The Japanese Beauty was first shown as part of the opening of the c.a.r. 09, the contemporary art Ruhr, at the SAANA Building, Zeche Zollverein.

The Dream Of The Japanese Beauty is an overhead installation, triggered to be in motion by a vibrating feather that touches the surface of water. This work is a forerunner of the  Portrait einer Dame aus gutem Haus (portrait of a lady from a good family).
